Heat was not working properly in our suite which made for two very chilly and miserable nights with every little sleep. When we asked them to have someone look at it, they left us a note to say maintenance looked at it and it was working fine and it showed 22 degrees in the room which there was no way as we were frozen all night. The temperature thermometer was clearly not working. We then asked for a space heater and were given a tiny 2 foot tall space heater which was not going to help considering it’s a large suite. In addition to the room heat, the hot tub was barely even warm and no towels to be seen in the pool area. When you are charging almost $300 per night, this is deplorable that basic things like heat in your room are a problem. Do better.

From was spacious, comfortable and very clean. A few bulbs were out but maintenance came by within minutes to change them. Very quiet though we were here midweek. Skip the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t edible. Everything had been sitting for a long while , French toast was hard as a rock, eggs were so overcooked. Bacon was incinerated. They won’t take breakfast orders, just off the buffet. Coffee was also disgusting. I didn’t drink it. The chef did cook us a few eggs and piece of French toast to try to fix things but for $50 it was not worth it. Perhaps consider allowing ordering weekdays as the buffet was a total waste.

The room was okay, looks much bigger in the photos than in person, the noise level was beyond loud. With multiple complaints to front desk and no results ended up taking it to our own hands. Beds are very uncomfortable Pool was nice but WAY over chlorinated causing rashes and eye burning. Tried to buy a gift certificate for a business giveaway and was unable to as well.

Check in was not ideal. Smooth check in (1st Attempt), although once getting to the room it was not cleaned and a disaster everywhere. Decided to call front desk from the room, which was no help and asked us to call back in 10 minutes to look for a new room. No call back, so I head to the lobby. Which then had to explain again but it was a surprise to the lobby. Soo that wasn’t relayed. 2nd attempt, another quick smooth transaction. Go to the room, filled with about 7 people just staring at me in shock. While all this is happening, my family is waiting in the original dirty room. The housekeeper comes in and has an unfriendly encounter with my wife and kids, because the room isn’t ready. Lobby again shocked he gave me a room already occupied.. 3rd attempt was a breeze, new room no people and no feces still in the toilet. All in all. Still a decent hotel, had a nice stay and story to laugh about sitting at the fire.

Rooms were dated, and although there was a notice that sheets wouldn’t be changed for three days (which was fine), the room was not serviced at all which left us with no clean towels. The pool area/entrance was dirty, there were no pool towels available,l either and the change room showers had no hot water. TV does not stream like it says it does. Language barrier with 3 staff members when we were trying to find out where we could buy/get some water on the premisis for the room.
