Yes, everything was amazing

We've stayed at this location multiple times to return to MD Anderson Center and it is very convenient. The staff is helpful and the parking is close. It's an added convenience that breakfast is on-site and included.

Valet guys were super nice and front desk was as well. The room beds were super comfy but the shower was a bit dirty and walls needed up keep.

Had no hot water even after the hours they notified on site about outages.

The room was not clean enough in the 1st floor and very dark out of the door very unclean, the second floor was clean at least have a chairs and light and couldn’t stay there because me and my husband have pretty bad knees to go through the stairs and for the worst we paid more not even have microwave like in the second was reasonable equipped

This hotel is currently under major construction, and unfortunately that was not disclosed on the website when booking. That was very misleading to guests. The room itself was okay, but it did have a noticeable mildew smell. I do want to recognize the front desk receptionist, who was very polite, professional, and apologetic about the situation and the lack of disclosure. As a guest, I expect better transparency and standards from Marriott, as this is not typically the experience associated with your brand.
