On November 10th, I was profiled by the bar staff at this hotel during my stay. My fiancée and I went to the lobby bar for drinks, and after I briefly left to use the restroom, the bartender (“Caddy”) called over the radio for “Milton” and “Zach,” seemingly assuming I was trying to leave without paying. When I returned, both my fiancée and I noticed the tension and stares from staff and patrons. The bartender then nervously said “nevermind” over the radio, apparently realizing her mistake. Another bartender, Zach, later offered us a free drink—likely to smooth things over—but I declined, feeling humiliated. This experience left me deeply uncomfortable and disappointed. I plan to report the incident to hotel management and corporate.

Hotel Dated . Rooms were clean but staff was cheap on towels. Carpet in hallways needs replacing. Elevators were jerky and doors closed to quick. Could not use the pool beacause they were jack hammering and noise and dust everywhere, no 24 hour coffee , hotel was under construction everywhere. Not up to the Marriott brand.

The staff went above and beyond. They were very accommodating and helpful. I didnt give five stars because i had no idea it was pet friendly and walking through the lobby, in evening wear, dodging poop was unexpected.
