Nice stay

Great location within walking distance from hotel. A little drive to Daileys Place but quick fix by water ferry or a $14 uber.

I checked in online because my flight was delayed and showed up next day at 10 am and was told since I booked through a 3rd party and didn’t show up on time they gave my room away for the weekend and they were sold out.

Do Not Stay Here

Will not stay here again. Checked into our room and the door was open and there was a half full Chik Fil A cup left on the desk. The lobby was extremely loud with people partying, bringing in coolers and speakers yelling at the top of their lungs until 2:00 in the morning. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear our neighbors partying until the early hours of the morning as well. The parking situation is terrible. Valet parking is available if you manage to catch one. The rooms are glorified motel rooms. The carpets are sticky and most of the outlets don’t work or are so loose the chargers fall out of them. The only redeeming quality is the restaurant and bar are decent and it’s in a good location if you’re try to go downtown.

Rooms were clean and service was excellent. Our room was at the end of the hall on the 4th floor, and it was very quiet. The food and service at the bar restaurant (Johnny's) was perfect, with large portions for the price. The facility did not look as fancy as the photos would lead you to believe, and the carpets in many areas were a little threadbare, but it was all clean and tidy, and we enjoyed our stay.
