This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is just steps away from the beach! With newly updated furnishings , as well as newly renovated balconies, this is the perfect location for a glitzy girls trip, small family getaway, or for golfing with the guys. With all the small touches of home, you will start to relax from the moment you step foot in the door with roughly 800 sq. ft. of cozy togetherness. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private stand-up shower in the master bath, while the guest bedroom features two twin size beds. 

Visit the island's state park, hike, bird watch, play putt-putt golf, or take a five minute ride to the Historic Downtown District. From there, stroll to local clothing, antique, and souvenir shops. Take in the sunset at the Fernandina Harbor Marina, followed by dining at unique local restaurants. Even enjoy the farmers market on Saturdays. Staying in this little bit of paradise, you will never want to leave.

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The unit was far cozier and cuter than we expected! Immediately fell in love with the place. There's a rooftop terrace that gave us killer views of the ocean also within walking distance to a popular restaurant. Not 1, not 2, but 3 balconies! Beach in less than a 5 minute walk. 15 minute drive to major retailers for supply runs. We were so impressed! We'll be booking another stay at a different location with this company for our next Florida getaway! Wanna sea, do it! You won't regret it!

Great location!

The place was in a convenient spot for everything including the beach! The description indicated it was right across the street from the beach/ocean which was technically true but the view was minimal even from the crows nest. The rug in the living room had a large stain and the couch also was worn and stained. It didn’t interfere with our stay but could use some TLC.

Anniversary Trip

This was a wonderful place to stay, would definitely be back. It was stocked with everything you would want for a rental and close to the beach. Ceiling heights were a little short for my 6’5” but other than that everything was perfect!

The property was very nice and clean did have a nice pool and hot tub. A few down falls...hot water was not very hot! Also the dishwasher started leaking on the 2nd load of dishes so mostly had to hand was. The internet service was spotty at times! Nice short walk to the beach and the view was spectacular.

Winter Escape

This property is centrally located. Not far from Old Downtown Fernandina. It is right across the street from the beach, a nice walk down the pier and you are on the beach. The Unit was clean and well-equipped. We contacted the owner with a minor issue and it was taken care of immediately. Hope to stay here again.

The Property Management company is horrible to deal with

We arrived Friday late afternoon.We notified Dunlop management at 10AM on Saturday morning that there was no hot water in 1 of the 2 showers. There was an issue with a plumber showing up who said that no one was there, but we were clearly there. A representative from Dunlop made it sound as if we would have to pay for them to come back out. At 11:30 we were told that someone would be out at noon. A plumber did not arrive until noon the NEXT DAY. On our last night at around 5:15 our power went out. At 5:55 we were told that we would have to move to another "upgraded" location. It was a hassle to pack up our perishable food that we were cooking for our farewell dinner that night let alone trying to find our things in the dark. The new location was not an upgrade. We did not have any Ocean view: it was 3 blocks from the water, nor could we hear the waves as we could at the other location. It only had 1 & 1/2 baths, so we were back to one shower for 3 women. We ended up not being able to eat our dinner until 11PM that night. I sent a text to Dunlop stating that we were dissatisfied and why at 6:52PM and was told by text that the "Office Manager will call you first thing in the morning". She did not call until 12. She was very defensive and rude from the beginning of the conversation: even questioning the ocean view since it was “dark”. She was constantly interrupting us when we were trying to explain why were dissatisfied. I have rented 100’s of properties all over the world.

Not as advertised

We booked this trip in February. We were not told that it would be under construction during our trip. The work was scheduled 10 days prior to our arrival (per the property manager) and no one called to let us know that we would be staying in a construction zone. All of the balconies were torn off and we had to park between a dumpster and a port-a-potty. Nails littered the parking lot and wasp nests were all under the roof. The rental company offered us 20% off our booking and sent someone to take care of the wasps, but we felt taken advantage of because we were not told about the construction and had to stay in a very tight apartment without the balcony that drew us there. We had trip insurance and we would have rescheduled the trip.

Good location

The property is right across the street from a beach access, which is great! And super close to downtown Fernandina and other restaurants. My husband and I felt like the room was very homey and welcoming. I did notice that the boards for the porch and stairs and the rooftop area were either loose or just missing altogether. I think that could be updated for safety but overall it was a nice stay!
