I stayed here 2 nights with my husband. We had a bunch of plans for our anniversary. Dinner, comedy club, and hockey tickets. The hotel was in the middle of all of our activities. The room was clean and well stocked. The maids on the floor were friendly too. I really don't have any complaints. The only thing I really noticed was they only give you 2 towel sets in a king room. Usually you see 3 sets. The towels were big, which was a plus.

Very nice looking hotel . It was clean it was Ina a good easy location . There was a huge parking lot . Down side was they charged 11 dollars a day to park. They also charged for breakfast . The breakfast was good but not much different than any other hotel breakfast . Also the WiFi made you do the open a web page thing . Then it asked for your info there’s no need for this. It’s time consuming and hard to do for some devices .

Hair in bed. Sheets not changed. Shower draining popped out and almost twisted my ankle in drain . Was off 10,000 Pt by Front desk manager that never honored. Could have easily had a Lawyer file personal injury case. However, actually a fan of the brand and Settled for the little 10k pts which they did not even provide. Will not stay again and may reconsider filing personal injury claim
