Our condo offers a delightful retreat within this exclusive resort, where you'll discover over three miles of pristine, uncrowded beaches and meandering waterways awaiting exploration. Set amidst a serene forest of live oaks, you'll find endless opportunities for leisurely strolls and bike rides along the numerous scenic paths. Conveniently located within walking distance from our condo, the Omni Resort presents an array of shops and restaurants, along with a charming miniature golf course set amidst the majestic live oaks. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the diverse wildlife, from birds to turtles, crabs, and the occasional manatee sighting, all thriving in their natural habitat.

Our spacious second-floor condo is meticulously decorated to evoke the comforts of home while imbuing a sense of luxurious resort living. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a generous walk-in closet, and an expansive master bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a private bathroom, while the third bedroom boasts two queen-sized beds and its own bathroom. Positioned in the south corner of the Villas, our condo treats you to breathtaking ocean views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, breakfast nook, and the master bedroom. Overlooking a serene relaxation area and green space, our villa also provides access to a seasonally heated pool.

Equipped with televisions in each bedroom and the living room, our condo ensures entertainment for all. We provide plush towels and high-quality sheets for your utmost comfort. The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig single cup coffee maker, a standard drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Upon request, we can provide a Porta-Crib and high-chair for your convenience. Additionally, we strive to enhance your beach and pool experience by offering beach chairs, umbrellas, and various beach toys stored in our condo's storage closet.

Please note that while our complex features an elevator, there are still a few steps to access our condo door upon exiting the elevator, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

While this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort, guests still have access to the resort's walking and biking trails, spa, nature center, putt-putt, and more. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy various courses in the Amelia Area, including Oak Marsh located on the grounds of the Omni Resort. Bike and golf cart rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this rental does not grant access to certain resort privileges or amenities like the main hotel pool and fitness center, and Racquet Park is exclusively open to club members and their guests.

Rest assured, our layout adheres to all social distancing guidelines. With outdoor front door entrances and open-air stairwells, there are no enclosed common areas to worry about amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Amelia Island's private beaches ensure minimal crowding, while our rigorous cleaning protocols, following CDC guidelines and Nassau County's protocol, prioritize cleanliness, elegance, and comfort throughout your stay.
