Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff. No lists, but staff were eager to help with luggage. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The room was large and clean, but quite "dated". A comfortable stay in my favorite part of Istanbul

Great place to stay for visiting both mosques and the sultan's residence. Less than a 5 minute walk to reach either mosque. Excellent, very helpful office administration. The vicinity of the hotel is clean and safe.

This hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance to the HAVAIST bus to the airport, the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, all the big sights in Sultanahmet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel room itself was.... eh OK. A bit on the older side, but reasonable for the price we paid. There are a lot of choices at breakfast but it's the same buffet every day which got a bit old after the second day. It was a fine stay overall, no complaints or regrets.

The side hotel is a small boutique hotel with old world charm. The room was a comfortable size with excellent mattress and pillows, which as travelers know are sometimes the most important thing. all the staff truly went out of their way to accommodate and help with even the most minor of details.

I love this hotel, staff very nice and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Good location, near to Tram Station. I highly recommend it. Near to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.

Side Hotel was recommended by a friend who has stayed there several times. Great location just a 2 minute stroll from Hagia Sofia. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the roof terrace delicious and we loved the view. Hotel is spotless, so clean. Great value for money and a wonderful stay. Would recommend!!

Wonderful stay! This is my third time using this hotel. The workers are super friendly, and the location is super convenient-- less than a 5 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and a 15-20 minute walk to eminonu.

Me hospedé una noche, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos caminando de Hagia Sophia y de la Mezquita Azul, y un par de minutos mas hacia el palacio de Topkapi y de una estación del tram que te permite moverte hacia la torre galata. El personal fue muy muy amable, el desayuno delicioso con variedad de quesos. El lugar es tranquilo de noche y seguro.

Great location for visiting the famous historic Ottoman landmarks in Istanbul (many are walking distance from hotel). Friendly and helpful staff especially at the front desk. Hotel itself is no frills, clean and basic. Great shower and a decent breakfast provided each morning. We would be happy to stay again. A small word of caution, there is no lift so if you have mobility issues best to request a ground floor room.
