I want to give this hotel more than five stars. From the moment I booked my trip to the minute I checked out, the level of service was nothing short of exceptional. The views from the room were absolutely phenomenal, and the location was perfectly centralized to everything. But let’s talk about the personalized tour guide they arranged… oh man. Top-tier. Every single excursion was seamlessly organized by the hotel. Flying in for a weekend from New York and having everything handled from the minute I checked in made the entire experience effortless and unforgettable.

The service was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond. We'd forgotten a jacket at a previous hotel and one of the busboys walked over to get it. The rooms are a bit dated but the service made up for it. Also a very central and convenient location.

I have visited Istanbul frequently, and this hotel is my top choice so far. The rooms are exceptionally clean, beautiful, and tranquil—far exceeding expectations for a hotel in an area where most hotels have outdated interiors and lackluster hospitality. I would return to this hotel every time I visit Istanbul. The location is excellent, and the amenities are outstanding. Even if you opt not to have your room cleaned, they still leave water bottles at your door daily! I was particularly impressed by the kindness of Mr Oran and Fatima , who both welcomed us warmly and lifted my spirits. Everyone st the rooftop restaurant were super nice alway a smile and welcome you will a big Hello. Thank you. You are truly one of the finest hotels in Istanbul. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and again. Thank you all For a time of my life in beautiful and amazing Istsmbul.

The service and housekeeping was superb. The Hotel is convenient, informative, and affable. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast, excellent lunch and dinner but the spectacular aspect is the view. Culminating with the view ( especially for children ) is the rooftop where they can feed the birds. The staff does a wonderful job creating a magical atmosphere for all involved. I travel a lot and recommend this hotel in the highest regard!

Staff were super helpful and the location is incredible. We had issues with our rooms, first one they gave us had drain issues so we declined as smell was awful, second room had a large generator outside the window and after one night of zero sleep they moved us and third room was perfect. They were happy to move us and it wasn’t an issue but I feel like the room that smelt of human waste should have been taken out of service until it was resolved. The one with the generator outside I guess they can’t do much about. So overall staff are friendly and helpful, rooftop restaurant is very good, rooms are clean and location is amazing. Avoid rooms 1001, 1002 and 1003.
