Seven Hills Hotel was the perfect home base for our time in Istanbul. The location couldn’t be better. It was right in the heart of the old city, just steps from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They booked our hammam experience and arranged airport transfers, which made everything feel easy and taken care of. Their attention to detail really stood out. The rooftop terrace was a highlight. The view of the city and the Bosphorus was stunning, and the restaurant had great food in a peaceful setting. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full day. Everything about our stay felt smooth, thoughtful, and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect at the Seven Hills Hotel special class. As a VIP property we received a bottle of wine and enjoyed it looking over the city from the rooftop terrace. Bed was comfortable, front desk service was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

I left Istanbul and the Seven Hills Hotel with the very best impression of its people, its gastronomy, and its culture. Special distinction to Gürcan, Sinan, Madina, and Sahin. As pictured, its location is superb and walking distance to EVERYTHING. I definitely and without reservation recommend this hotel.

If i had to say what my favorite part about my hotel experience was at Seven Hills it would have to be the two incredible front desk men Gerken and Ozam, they are the kindest most helpful people i have met and i will definitely miss their kind energy, the rooftop restaurant is also in my opinion one of the best atmospheres in all of Sultahnamet, perfect photo opportunities and delicious food

Fantastic stay in the King Suite

Very warm and friendly welcome on arrival, and met by Ozzie on reception with a welcome drink. He explained about breakfast, offered trips and we were then shown to our amazing room. Great view from balcony, spotlessly clean and fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. So much food and lots of choice - we certainly didn’t need lunch after the huge breakfast. Fantastic rooftop terrace and restaurant with excellent views all around. Staff all very friendly and attentive and couldn’t fault anything.

The staff were very polite and friendly, very accommodating. They arranged for an early breakfast for us to eat before dawn during the month of Ramadan. Osmaniye, the hotel concierge arranged for Hammam bath/message and a walking tour of the old city. We will miss their hospitality.
