I believe that a idylle hotel should provides a comfortable and clean environment. However, finding bedbugs in the room was truly unpleasant. This is not just a minor issue but a serious violation of hygiene and comfort standards. Hotels are responsible for ensuring their guests well being and maintaining cleanliness in their rooms. The fact this happened indicates a lack of proper cleaning and hygene measures. It is truly disappointing.

Old building showing its age. But in a great position for visiting famous sites in Sultanahmet.
The location is busy, with potential noise from nearby tram activity. Parking is limited, creating difficulties for those arriving by car. The room lacks adequate air-conditioning and heating, making it uncomfortable, particularly during winter when it can become quite cold. Although there are different room types, the prices remain unchanged. Additionally, the breakfast options are minimal and repetitive, with no variation throughout the stay.
The location was right in the middle of every significant attraction. Restaurants were a stone throw away and public transport was easily accessible. Would stay here again!
The showers didnt work (either way too hot or too cold) and the temperature shifted to those extremes every 5 seconds.
The AC was not allowed to be on at night but it was still hot and the sun was directly in our window over the entire afternoon.
The bathroom had not air evac fan so the smell in there from the stale humid air mixed with toilet usage was pretty bad all of the time.
The HVAC unit even when off was terribly noisy as the vent was connected to the roof (even though our room was not on the top floor)
The breakfasts gave me GI issues.
Do not stay here.
Terrible experience, so many issues in last 12 hours so far,
1.the WiFi stopped working and they said they can't fix it.
2. The air conditioner of our room doesn't work and they said they can't change our room because there are none available
3. They didn't even give us extra blankets

To whom this may concern,
Unfortunately I’m writing this email because I was extremely disappointed and disheartened with my experience at Idylle hotel during my stay 07/02/24 to 12/02/24. I was appalled at the level of cleanliness of the room. The floor was not clean neither was the shower room. Significant amount of dust had accumulated and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a very long time. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed dust on the furniture and surfaces and asked the staff to ensure it would be cleaned properly the next day. However this did not happen and the bathroom was also not well-maintained, with visible dust and dirt in the corners. One of the main reasons why I chose this hotel was because of its cleanliness testing as I have a severe dust allergy, eczema and asthma. Maintaining a clean and dust-free environment was crucial for me and unfortunately the whole stay I had an eczema flare up and inflammation. It was disheartening to see the lack of attention to cleanliness. Not only this but another major issue was the shower which was disgusting and the pump did not even work. Future guests should not have to endure the same disappointment and discomfort that I experienced during my stay especially with a health condition. I have attached images below illustrating my frustration and level of uncleanliness.

If youre going to spend most of your time out of your hotel its ideal the location is 10/10 does have draw backs though towels were stained noisy even with windows closed and overall condition wasnt great but as i said it was very good in terms of loaction walking distance to most places and the tram stop is literally outside which takes you to most places
Perfect location. Only problem is noise from tram below. We stayed on the first floor above the tram station so there was a lot of street noise. Breakfast is ok..basic. but location is perfect. Close to everything and in a vwry safe neighborhood. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
A relatively old property which has been updated. Friendly and approachable staff, great to talk to. Breakfast is decent, but the quality of the toiletries is a bit cheap. Housekeeping is daily and hairdryer provided. The rooms take 2 pin plugs, please take an adapter if needed.
All attractions are walking distance or easily commutable with the Tramway located outside the hotel. The hotel can reserve activities for you if requested and some local shops are discounted. Food and gift shopping otherwise is generally expensive within the local area.
I would however definitely recommend this hotel to others, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is not what they it's 9.6 out 10, no way I rate this hotel 4 out o10 the only good thing is the area around it.
this hotel operates with one employee after 3:00 pm, no service at all, what ever you get it yourself. the room was not clean, the bathroom has not been mapped for a while with mold in the shower.
