Fantastic!!! If you’re looking for a super comfortable hotel with stunning views, excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely location at a good price look no further. Special thanks to Salih for helping us with a missing bag. He and Ali were both lovely. Recommend the airport transfer option they offer. Worth every cent to arrive with no hassle.

Excellent sea view from room and breakfast area over looks parts of a Roman wall and sea. Young staff were great but all in general were nice. Was nice to have access to a gym even though we did not use it. It would be nicer to have a cooler temperature in breakfast, entry and hallways. The room needed repair in regard to balcony door and cracked tub.

Not worth the money I paid The property was not accessible as states had narrowl sharp down hill entry and stairs not good for wheelchair Although the staff were willing to help and accommodate I wasn’t happy because I paid so much for the accessibility and it wasn’t there. I didn’t like the location it said a see view but only a tiny fraction The staff especially at breakfast were dry and unwelcoming The rooms were large and clean

Everything was great. The train was close to our bedroom and the bads was not comfortable. Everything else was OK. No laundry in the room. we have to pay money to wash our clothes and the room was a little bit smaller for us which we see online. was different. that’s all.

Ants on the floor. Can hear everything from the neighbouring suite. Curtain holders broken. Frosted applique on bathroom door peeling off. Glass shower pane loose and no door. Bathroom fan ineffective. Not enough drawer space nor hangers. Hair conditioner hard to come by. Minibar expensive. Nice that the bathroom was upgraded. Breakfast included but same everyday. Bed blanket too small. The view was nice. Balcony furniture musty. Gym is tiny but there are free weights. Great location. They would shut off AC after making up the room. Housekeeping loud while moving about. Staff nice.

Good hotel, great service.

The hotel is located to the far side of the old town, which is to the far side of Istanbul total. The trip to the airport at SAW was about 1.5 hours in a non-air conditioned van. The main beds in each suite are fine. The additional beds at narrow with a thin mattress, like a cot. That might be fine, if yo are traveling with small children. It was not so good with three grown adults. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were okay. The same every morning. The air-conditioning in the hotel room was a life-saver in the heat of Istanbul. We were able to rest well.

upon arrival late afternoon, our delux room with sea view was not available. the alternative room was noisy. No bed sheets!! This for 2 nights. Our experience was disturbed by these facts. We had the impression that some staff members were manipulative and not up to it: reception in the afternoon shift. "Wonderful" as per your rating? definitely not.
