I was really looking forward to my stay here, but unfortunately, it was a series of disappointments from start to finish.
Room 1: Cleanliness Issues
Upon arrival, it was clear our first room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was hair on the floor both near the bed and in the bathroom, and the bedside table was visibly dusty.
Room 2: Maintenance and Noise
We were moved to a second room, which brought a new set of problems:
• Amenities: The coffee and tea station was not stocked at all.
• Hygiene: There was a foul, persistent smell coming from the bathroom sink.
• Noise: The room faced a main road and the windows provided almost no soundproofing, making it incredibly noisy throughout the morning.
• Maintenance: The shower handle was broken, making it difficult to use.
Final Night:
To top it off, our key card failed to open the door on our last night, requiring another trip to the front desk just to get into our room.
The staff did try to accommodate us by moving rooms initially, but the lack of basic maintenance and hygiene standards across two different rooms is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address these significant housekeeping and upkeep issues.
