A solid hotel in Istanbuls most interesting neighbourhood. Service definitely five star, room a little dated. Early check in was very much appreciated. Very comfortable bed. Only issue for us was the noise from outside. Not the fault of the hotel but it’s definitely in a lively area. Nothing a trusty pair of earplugs won’t fix.

Location and staff won’t disappoint you

This is the second year we stayed in this hotel. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. If you like a busy downtown life with street food lifestyle, pubs and shopping the location is perfect. Twin rooms are bit too small especially if you have large luggage. No enough space to store them and move around in the room.

Located in a great location in Kadikoy, pubs and restaurants are full of the locals! If you are not visiting a restaurant nearbuy called Ciya Sofrasi you are missing out on great and cheap food. Comfy room and friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, great rooftop swimming pool, sauna and massage. Great views. Bar food could be better and cheaper. The room bar fridge is empty and not functioning, because it is located in a tightly closed cabinet - hence overheating. I want to see the "smart" person who designs this. Waste of power, nothing else. Very strange and weird.

All outside areas closed including outside pool. Very disappointing as we would have booked another hotel that provided this service if we had known. Film crew comandered the bar one day and evening making no room to sit outside your room. Room was superb,, but shame everyone was smoking constantly in enclosed areas. Put a dampaner on the whole holiday.
