The rooms and patio were very clean, recently remodeled, walkable to a few nice restaurants. Parking was easy. No area for swimming but great space with chairs to relax for sunrise and open space for lounging. Huge iguanas on the docks. The mattress Seemed new but very firm.

Loved the quaintness of this property. This is not what I would call a high end property but it was very throwback to earlier times I actually loved it! Had a full kitchen, decorated very mid century modern, which was pretty cool. Spotlessly clean, would definitely stay again.

20th Wedding Anniversary

We visited Breezy Palms for our 20th wedding anniversary. We took advantage of the boat rental on site, had a great day on the water. Played cards on our lanai. Used the lovely pool, walked to local restaurants, and had a memorable time. Definitely will be back!

Great Resort

We only spent 3 nights, but our room was very clean and comfortable. We did have an oceanfront room, so the views were great! The room had a full kitchen and living room. I only wish there was a TV in the bedroom as well. We did not use the pool, but it looked very refreshing and well kept. The beach area was beautiful with plenty of seating, and the jetty for fishing was great for my husband. It was within walking distance to Lazy Days Restaurant and Bud & Mary's Marina. We stayed at several places during our 2-week trip, and Breezy Palms was our favorite. We already booked a room for next year and can't wait to return!

Be aware & stay away!

This is a money-hungry, run down motel with disrespectful management. Upon entering our oceanfront room, we saw a rusty bathroom with shower head broken out of the wall & weren’t thrilled. We noticed an odd note on the night stand about a price list should any items be taken from the room. We checked out the next day leaving everything in the condition we found it. 3 hours later we learned about a charge made to our card by the resort. Despite them having our phone number & email address, no communication attempt was made so we called them to inquire. We were informed that the charge was for a broken lamp. We asked for further details such as which lamp was broken, in which room the supposed the damage occurred etc. They were unable to provide any information, but mentioned photos. We asked for the pictures since nothing was damaged when we left the room & to speak with management. We were reassured that the manager would reach out & after not hearing anything for days, we called again. 3 days later they still could not tell us which lamp was damaged, but again mentioned photos. It’s beyond strange for someone to have seen pictures yet being unable to elaborate on the damaged object or location. We again were told that pictures will be emailed with purchase receipt of a lamp. To this day (1 month later) this has not happened. If you want a relaxing, hassle-free vacation without unexpected charges or an expensive aftermath do yourself a favor & book a different place.
