The location is perfect and the staff at the front desk were nuce. Room was bad and the bathroom was terrible, the bathroom windows has very old and wripped screen mesh and bugs were crawling in. On three separate occasions there were bugs and small cockroachs. The whole amenities are very old and in bad shape. I stayed from December 20th to the 28th and the room was never cleaned once, upon check in they said the room will be cleaned after 5 night abd that never happened. I booked this hotel because it was the only hotel with two beds available at the time of booking, it is way expensive for the amenities and the terrible room I got.

Super noisy. We reached at 2.50 pm with 2 kids. We were not allowed to checkin. Waited 10 min, at 3 PM were told to wait more for 2 min. Rooms were dirty, no cleaning staff for our 3 nights stay. The sofa bed and blankets were all stained. Location is the only thing good.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is just perfect - literally in the middle of everything that Waikīkī has to offer. Walking distance to the beach, shops, zoo, restaurants! If you are planning on renting a car, Sixt is 3 min away and you can park for 1.50 per h at the Zoo parking. You pay for the first 4 h and then you can extend through your phone for as many h as you want. The hotel itself is not in the best condition, but if you are planning to explore the island and just have a place to crash this is your spot! No luxury, but convenience for a great price! The hotel offers beach towels and beach gear like umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, bodyboards, beach chairs for the guests. We will be back!

OK - so an older place - don't be put off by its run-down looks...I really appreciated the price point. The place is 1.5 blocks away from the public beach. The staff was very friendly. It's one of the few places left with a kitchenette which we used. Interestingly, previous guests have left snorkels, fins, umbrellas and boogey boards so the hotel lets you use them on a first-come basis. I'd easily rebook this.

Okay, I understand this is not a five-star Resort. We honestly needed a last minute booking to extend our trip and this place was affordable. The staff were super friendly the building on the outside is a old and beat up but charming nonetheless. We booked a studio two queen bed suite and the view was amazing from the balcony! Again, I understand this is a two-star hotel and I am not trying to complain about the amenities at all as they were to be expected. I was however completely grossed out by an infestation of bugs all in the carpet that got into our suitcase we ended up leaving our suitcase in the room for them to throw away because I am not going to bring all those bugs home to my house. We had to take all of our clothes to the laundromat wash them in hot water in hopes that it killed the bugs we only stayed there for one night so I did not want to make a big fuss about it... we got out of there as soon as we could!! You guys need to do something about the bug problem it's seriously gross other than that everything else in this hotel is to be expected.P.S. these bugs I am talking about are like little white mites all over the floor.

There was no coffee maker, although I was told there was. I could not store hot water in the bathtub. There was no desk, and it was very inconvenient to work on my PC. Wifi did not work well either. The room was dirty overall.

The staff was nice, but the room was in horrible shape. The dresser was broken, and two large pieces of wood that had broken off were lying on top. The floor lamp had a plug that dated from the 1960s (so I wasn't surprised when it didn't work.) The main bar on the towel rack was missing. There were clean linens thrown on the bed, but the beds weren't made. Given all that, I didn't even try the shower.
