There was a heavy police presence outside the hotel when I arrived, which made me feel very unsafe. When I got to the room, it was very dark, dirty and not as advertised at all in the pictures. I immediately checked out and didn’t stay here. Spend a little more and stay at a hotel that’s a bit nicer because this one is very bad.

The staff were amazing. So helpful and so kind. They let us borrow beach necessities and held our luggage as we had a late flight but check out was at 11. The coffee bar was great in the morning and we enjoyed how late they kept the coffee. Toshi was so nice too and all the other staff were amazing. If you want to do Waikīkī on a budget, go here. Highly recommend

Awesome customer service, parking is great, free laundry, but the room needs to be cooler and at night it can get a little bit noisy neighborhood because of nearby bar. Overall can be recommended because it’s very close to the beach and restaurants.

The staff were wonderful. For the age of the hotel it is well kept and updates are costly for sure. Amenity upgrades however, would make a huge difference. Dial shampoo and body wash in the shower with no conditioner was a good laugh. Full size coffee pods for a mini kuerig style coffee dispenser in the room made a huge mess (I cleaned it up to spare our room attendants).
