The staff was very nice and always super helpful (special shoutout to Toshi). They were also very responsive when I had a problem in my room and within minutes a technician was sent and solved it. The cleaning staff also did a great job and I would find my room in perfect conditions each day. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and to the most lively area of Waikiki, and it is super cheap compared to the other hotels in the area, too. If I were to come back to Oahu, I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location! Really close to the beach and many restaurants. Staff is super friendly. There are many beach items available for guest to use. Overall, we enjoyed or stay there.

Our room did not have ANY hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. Had to buy our own. The windows were louver windows so the air conditioning had to be blasted all day and night to get the room cool. Lock on sliding glass door seemed flimsy. The parking garage was very tight. Definitely not suitable for large vehicles. Our Acadia barely fit in the stall. Location was very close to the beach which was great! The price of the rooms and location make it reasonable to deal with everything and because of that we’d stay there again.

This is a good budget hotel. They acknowledged my repeat business with a small token and had local snacks available to sample. I was able to check in early (a huge deal since my flight arrived before 11 am). Fresh coffee in the morning was nice. My only complaint is they have WHITE curtains so basically any light outside is magnified inside. It was almost midnight when I retired but you'd never have known it. I get that a budget hotel can't afford high-end blackout drapes but a darker color would help.
