Very unprofessional service. The old lady reception staff was rude and visibly made faces at me instead of being welcoming. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected during my stay. Definitely not the level of service you expect from a hotel.

Central Hobart stay.

The place was good and clean and close to shopping and food but the bed was quite high and on the second night the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate at 3am and we were not allowed to go back to get our stuff till 6:30 am and then we were allowed back to our room at 11:30am and we did not get a discount on the price of the night as of yet but they did email to say they would make a decision in the next month about it.

This place was simple and cheap and perfect for what we wanted. It wasn't fancy but the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is central and the Sunday markets are right outside!
