So noisy, could hear the people above us, all the noise from the street. When we checked in and went to our room, someone was already in that room. We then got allocated another (better) room. Staff were very nice but would never stay there again.

Room was extremely small. Not really suitable for 2 people. Nowhere to place luggage. Open toiletries were in the bathroom cabinets. Shelving in room was dusty/not cleaned recently. Disappointing.

Nice and friendly staff really helpful. We spent a week in the family room. Kids are happy during the stay. Only thing to be aware is the aircon units outside the hotel on the roof was bit of noisy one night.

Pleasant place in good location at good price. Rooms of the same rate are variable in design and fitout. Only one was truly what I would call really well fitted out to 4* Standard. Also there are no other amenities like restaurant, room service etc. I'd rate it 3 —3.5

Room very clean, staff courteous and efficient. This hotel does not have daily room service, and actually for a 2-night stay, I'm fine with that. When I stayed here for a week, they did a room service once in the middle. That was okay by me too.
