This property was fine for the price. In my 4 day stay my room was not cleaned once. The heat/air was not working and could not be adjusted even though I requested at the main desk.

Property is undergoing renovation but thats not an excuse for not being clean. Lifts were dirty. One wasnt working. Room had rubbish under the bed. Needed a good vacuum

Central Hobart stay.

The place was good and clean and close to shopping and food but the bed was quite high and on the second night the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate at 3am and we were not allowed to go back to get our stuff till 6:30 am and then we were allowed back to our room at 11:30am and we did not get a discount on the price of the night as of yet but they did email to say they would make a decision in the next month about it.
