Absolutely loved my time here. The staff were so warm and friendly. I had an idea of what I wanted to do and see while in the city and the staff were so kind to recommend things I might enjoy or what I could do to make the most of my time in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and clean. On days when we didn’t request room cleaning the staff still made sure to provide us with water and fresh towels outside our room. The breakfast was fantastic and provided a variety of options. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi. Great location and friendly staff.

The room is clean everyday and staff were considerate as to when it will be done. The staff were all attentive, polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast as it covers Asian and Western food especially that you can request for other food such as pho, scrambled or sunny side up eggs. The air conditioning is great especially when you’re out for a trip. My sister and I tried their massage spa and it’s very good as well. The airport shuttle is also very good. Overall, amazing experience.

Very nice and comfortable tiny rooms absolutely Petit quaint and cozy. Centrally located and walking distance to all touristy cafes and restaurants

La Siesta Classic was exceptional. We had a beautiful stay here starting with a lovely welcome from the staff. The staff throughout were very attentive. Our rooms were spacious and very nice! All meals were fantastic! We also had a spa treatment which was very nice. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and anyone else who asks!!!

The entrance lobby is so clean and pleasant that I was surprised to find that the room was not nearly as clean as I had hoped, particularly the bathroom. The only positives were the view from the pool, the gym and the breakfast.
