Older facility. My check in was after 10 PM and the staff was courteous and check in was issue free. Went to bed and woke up wanting a shower. Shower head was broken and the water came out like a hose. Was unable to shower.

The property is in disrepair and dirty. A washcloth passed over the floor became filthy with dust (as did my socks). The refrigerator lit up but did not work. The heater/air conditioner was very noisy. The kitchen faucet was loose. Generally in serious need of detailed maintenance and thorough cleaning.

The balcony walking area outside the room was very bad. The inside of the room was good. But the sheets were not changed and the linen and coffee cups were not replaced on the 2nd day of stay. Only the trash and the used linen was removed. The front desk staff was accommodating. Breakfast which was included did not start until 7am and we could not avail it during our stay

Pool down for maintenance.

I only booked this Hotel for the pool, as I had my grandson with me. I paid for two rooms, and I paid $20 more for each room, other than another hotel that didn't have a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for maintenance a couple days prior, but it did not say this on the website I booked on, so I was not happy about this. Other than that, the breakfast was good - you had decaf and boiled eggs, so I was happy about that.

Room was clean & I was going to give 10/10 for cleanliness until I saw a dirty spot underneath our comforter which grossed me out. We booked a room with a kitchenette which had 2 burners, 1pot,1 small pan, 2 dishes, 2 mugs, small knife,& cutlery. Room was very small and the sink was outside the bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Microwave door was loose we had to hold it for it to work. There are lots of dining options around. Continental breakfast was good but the waffle iron was out of order. Room's sound proofing was not the greatest. The staff was good and accommodating. They even offered us a room switch but we didn't accept it since it was a short stay. We just stayed there only for 2 short nights. I wouldn't have stayed more than 2 nights.

The floor was nasty, the outside of the toilet and the floor around it hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Glad I checked my door when I left for the day because the door didn’t lock behind me with no warning. There was a fight outside during the night and people comparing revving their tuned engines in the parking lot. At least the sheets seemed clean and the staff fixed my door at some point while I was away for the day.

The hotel is decent but it’s getting run down , my room (130) had the door broken down sometime in the past and it was hap hazardly repaired so it didn’t seal well. It was clean but lots of items in the room and at the property were in disrepair.
