Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room I had, did not look like the picture. It seemed like a work in progress with finishing touches not done. Paint from the ceiling, an inch or more on the top of the walls. The closets did not close properly. Paint drops in the fireplace, etc. The room was not cleaned as much as I would have liked. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the bathtub. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. The fireplace was dusty and had smears of something on it. The hotel has a lot of work to do before I would consider staying there again.

The rooms are not well maintained - toilet clogged, the room had a smell, sheets had stains, the bathroom doors wouldn't shut properly... the list goes on. We didn't spend much time in the room so it was okay but cannot imagine staying here in the winter with long nights.

This property is old than it looks in pics and we had flies and mosquitoes in the room on the day we checked in. We had to chase around and kill those before we could feel safe. Next morning in free breakfast we found hair in the egg omlette, we stopped going for breakfast next 3 days. If you are looking for stay options around Jasper spend few extra dollars ans stay in jasper itself instead of staying in hinton. Its far and daily commute of 75kms to jasper and back is not worth to save few bucks.

room cancellation without notice on first day coz we cannot be reach on d fone (jasper np has no signal) flies inside the room on check in! they gave us a swapper to kill the flies! room was not cleaned even after requesting; the worst hotel stay ive had and i have been lots of countries/hotels! very disappointing!

Nobody was at check in at reception had to call them and wait for 10 minutes, bad was listed as queen but it was double, there was a long hair and dirty spots on bedsheet, pillows were dirty with yellow marks, tiles around the jacuzzi tub were broken, lights were broken, coffee things were soaked as there was water in the tray, hard pillows
Ethernet wires were everywhere on the ground around bed and garbage was stuck there.
