The room was great, staff were fantastic. Great that the tram stop wasn't too far so easily accessible transport. Only think I would've personally liked would be thicker pillows. But other than that it was great!

I arrived late & it wasn’t immediately obvious how to check in. The room was small but comfortable and had a balcony overlooking King William Rd. Overnight only stay, didn’t sample food or other facilities. Close to the bus terminal and trams.
