Lovely Hotel

We were disappointed to have to pay extra for the pool and then be crammed into a tiny portion of it with other families and kids, as most of it was off limits for lane swimming and one single swimming lesson. Others felt the same Corridor on third floor smelt strongly of cigarettes and cannabis. Car park was full, hard to find a space. Breakfast was very good and bed was comfortable.

So the room itself is okay. The mattress on the bed was old and not very comfortable. The bathroom was frankly disgusting - particularly the shower, mouldy tiles, needs a deep clean. Arrived late and left early. It was cheap and served a purpose - would look for alternative options next time

As usual, clean pleasant room. Helpful friendly staff.

Breakfast menu was limited, parking was fine, we were given a room for disabled person though we werent when i spoke to staff about it he claimed it was dual use .The gym area is quite small so feels very tight with few persons and the pool area has no jaccuzzi our stay was for leisure not going to go back again except if work relàted.

It's in a great location, staff are great. Breakfast was pretty good considering the price. The room was good , very clean and a window that opened. Parking was next to the hotel . Walked to the anvil in 10 minutes.
