Lovely hotel but air conditioning was poor, and light on air conditioning control was bright and lit up the room.

Very friendly staff. Rooms bright and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. Plenty of choice and the cooked items were lovely and hot. Always a bonus. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Great location for a trip to Legoland, loved the bar showing sport and with a good menu. Tip - if you’re eating at the hotel, make sure you book a table as it gets full! Rooms good, pool good, only improvement I’d say is that it could do with a mirror near the tv and some more lights! A bit dark in the downstairs rooms. Apart from that, 5 stars.

I made the most polite complaint ever, but there was no effort to follow up with my exacting complaint. I mentioned that the room was damp and unclean but the recipient of my email instead passed the buck and disposed the responsibility of blame lower down the chain of command to their cleaning team. Why do we appoint managers?

The room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Good shower facilities and big smart TV. We stayed at the hotel on a Saturday and there was an event that night, but the room was very quiet, we didn't hear a thing.
