Be aware the hotels.com profile advertises the spa facilities, but there’s an additional fee for using. Stayed in lots of hotels through hotels.com and this is the first time trying to add on fees for using advertised facilities.

Parking major problem no clear instructions so parked in the wrong place and got a parking ticket. 80% of fine offset against hotel bill. Slightly disappointing to have to pay £10 each to use the spa facilities. Jacuzzi not very warm. Only 1 route down to reception from floor so long walk of at end of the corridor. All other aspects of hotel very good with good service

It was refreshing to be greeted by friendly, efficient and professional staff at check in. The room was more than we expected, very modern, clean, very comfortable bed and linen and appreciated the complimentary bottles of water each day, high quality toiletries and huge, soft bath towels. Was a little disappointed we had to ask for a bath mat and milk wasn't replenished but we got some from reception.
