Helensburgh accommodation with spa

Very short stay, so did not use the laundrey.shops near by were good and easy to use

This hotel was a very disappointing experience overall. First of all, the cleanliness was extremely poor—the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff was also rude and unprofessional; instead of helping with issues, they kept ignoring or delaying responses. The food quality was equally disappointing. It was neither fresh nor tasty, and the prices were unreasonably high. On top of that, the facilities were not functioning properly—the air conditioning kept turning off, and the Wi-Fi was almost useless. Despite having a good location, staying at this hotel felt like a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s better to look for other options.

Perfect location for an early start at the International Terminal at Sydney Airport

The room was spacious & clean inside! The balcony however was gritty & black on your feet! The house keeping staff were lovely!

Pleasant staff who arranged airport transfer. Breakast ok.
