Little House - a small building in suburban Havelock North

Little House is a self-contained building in the back of our garden in Havelock North.

Built in 2010, it is 35m2 in size with double glazing, heat pump and modern amenities.

Suitable for singles, couples, a single parent with up to two kids or a couple with one child (there is a sofa bed in addition to the main bedroom).

Access is up our driveway and through our garden (past the side of our house) to the back of the property where Little House is located.

You will have full use of the back garden (shared with us!) between both houses and the area behind Little House (exclusively yours) too for the duration of your stay.

There are two eating areas exclusively for your use while you are staying, so you can make the most of the Hawke’s Bay sunshine!

Inside Little House you will find:
*A seating area with the sofa bed/couch (with LCD TV, Chromecast and Freeview) and a table.
*Kitchenette with hot plate, small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Note: there is no sink in the kitchen due to local council rules, but there is a large one across the hallway as noted below.
*Bathroom with large sink for washing up (yourself and any dishes!) and full shower.
*Bedroom with clothes hanging space and double doors that open to the back seating area.
*High ceilings (4m) which make the space feel larger and David Trubridge lights in the seating area and bedroom.
*Modern/interesting decor (well, we think so!)
