Handicap accessible room was not appropriate for someone who can’t walk or stand. Bed was too high off of floor and bathroom had a tub. Unable to use shower no bench or seat to use.

It is a pretty decent hotel. Room was clean and tidy. The breakfast area was pretty good with a variety of choices, which alternates every other day. Coffee and tea available 24 hours (at least, when i needed one, it was always available). One thing I didnt like was the pool. It smelled like someone had put way too much chemicals into it (i have a pool at home, so i know). Extremely strong. My kid complained his eyes were burning, and they had to be rinsed out several times. On top of that, he threw up from accidently ingesting a small amount of water. After this swim on the first night, my son refused to go back into this pool again. This was a disappointment, as the pool was one of the biggest factors in why i chose this hotel. A suggestion to whoever is looking after the pool, ease up on the chemicals or test the water before adding more in.

This was a good stopover for our flights out of Canada. The breakfast was readonable and staff were helpful. A busy place with many people doing the same as we were - it was very functional for this purpose.

The breakfast was hot and was still serving people till 10 o’clock and the staff were not rushing or shutting down breakfast quickly, which is nice for someone who likes to sleep in a little bit later on their vacation. Friendly and polite staff!
