We expected nicer amenities for the price we paid. Breakfast wasn't very good. Huge gap under the door to our room, not sound proof at all . Bed dipped down in the middle so not very comfortable. Was hoping for the pool to be open later so it wasn't as busy to be able to use the hot tub. Bath tub drain was plugged with hair and had a pool of water while showering.

The staff was very welcoming and everyone was cheerful. The breakfast food area is well stocked and clean. The gym is accessible 24 hours. I always enjoy staying at this hotel.

Clean room. Under renovations but all hotels do that sometime. Staff were friendly and helpful.5th floor had some kids running up and down the hallway until 10:30pm but we knew that kids are excited to be in a hotel so its to be expected. Great stay overall

The hotel was under construction which we should have been informed about before booking. Also there were about 30 small children being "managed" by 2 adults, so our stay seemed extremely chaotic. There was not enough breakfast food. We will try another hotel next time.
