The room was average; it was not cleaned properly. For example, where the soaps are you can tell that it was there for a bit without being moved. The remote was not working properly and was dirty, I was able to use my Clorox wipes to wipe it down. The bed base was showing and it was dirty. My daughter's socks were really dirty after walking on it for an hour, had to throw it away. The parking between yours and the airgarage could have been explained more. I ended up paying $46 for parking there less than 24 hours.

The staff at this hotel is exemplary. They go out of their way to accommodate you, providing for your every need. The housekeeping staff is also nice. The views are stellar. TVs state of the art.

When I arrived at the hotel property, the system was very slow during check-in. I had to wait almost 10 minutes. The room was fine, but when I turned the heat on, it worked but made a loud noise, which made it difficult for me to sleep. The breakfast options were limited. Only pork-based sausages were served, with no chicken or beef options available for people who do not eat pork. The checkout process was poor. I needed to check out a day earlier than expected, and when I asked for a receipt, I was told they could not check me out until the original checkout date. I was also told they could not provide a hardcopy receipt because the room was booked through a third-party vendor.
