This was a fine stay, and the bed was comfortable. My room had a strong smell though - maybe someone had smoked there in the past - and there was an incident the morning I was leaving where a hotel employee kept trying to enter my room even though I had the chain locked. When I called the front desk to report the attempted entry (as I didn't know it was an employee yet), it took 3 attempts before they told me what happened and apologized, so, that was weird. Omarama is a nice town and the lodge is in a walkable spot, but this stay ended up being stranger than my first stay in the town at another accommodation.
