Room is adequate for a family of 3 and daily housekeeping did a great job of keeping room clean and tidy. Location of hotel is convenient, directly linked to a mall and subway station and is also located among many eateries and malls in the vicinity.

Possible dust mite triggering allergy reaction upon 1st night in hotel. Booked room for 10 nights and also paid for upgrade when check in. Bad itch and marks on shoulder area for 4-5 days. Immediate Feedback to hotel the next morning but no concrete evidence although I shown the marks on shoulder and hands. I visited a local clinic near the hotel and diagnosis was allergy reaction. They rejected my request for discounts, refund or free nights so that I can extend my holiday. I checked in at about 830pm due to late flight and did not consume any seafood which they suggested to be a possible allergy reaction. This reputable international 5 star hotel could have done more than a thorough clean of room after incident. They did not and my holiday with kid only was dampen by this.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here. We stayed for a week. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even gave my husband a bottle of wine for his birthday! Room was very clean, breakfast had great variety. Will definitely stay here again!
