Enjoy the breakfast in the restaurant they provide. Comfortable beds. Not impressed with the lack of cleanliness. This past trip the bed linen had huge black spots inside the duvet. Looked like mold. Certainly shouldn't have been put on the bed by the cleaning staff. I reached out to the General Manager and he recognize the mistake by the cleaning staff but continued to explain that the duvet was clean despite the pictures I shared with him that had huge black spots. I like to be fair when I give a review but also need to see people being held accountable for health and safety of their customers.

It is a great hotel, in a superb location. My only suggestion would be: Get the elevators fixed! It sounds like they are on their last leg everytime the doors grind open! Beyond the elevators, the hotel was very clean and the restaurant was excellent. Get the elevators fixed...it is not a good first impression!
