Clean room, staff was amazing food was good, and parking was easy and secure. Close to downtown area as well, many places to walk around too. Definitely would recommend

Staff is amazing very helpful and professional, the electronic check in and key card printer failed to work so staff had to let me in my room until they could send me a digital key which took several hours, that made it an inconvenience. The AC in the room did not work properly it would not put out any cold air.

Beautiful hotel in a great location of Seattle. Rooms were nice size, clean and very nice. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Walking distance to Pikes Place and other nice restaurants and coffee shops. Would most definitely stay here again.

Extremely slow elevator.

Loved the staff. The room was tiny. The beds were smaller than anticipated for 4 adults pre cruise it was fine but could not do it for more than one night.

We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was sophisticated. The biggest highlight though was the incredible staff. Each staff member we engaged with was warm, sincere, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. We’d definitely recommend booking here.
