The rooms were very small, no microwave anywhere in the Hotel. Bathroom in the room was tiny.had to sit at a 45° angle. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Would be better with some coffee or tea in the lobby and an accessible microwave would have been nice.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable and very well located. Didnt really have a lot of interaction with staff as it was very minimal. The check in and check out process was from a kiosk, although convenient it felt very informal. But 4 stars for the overall Hotel.

Executive Excellence!

I Love Lamp!!! The staff treated my wife and I like royality even though we don't resemble what I imagine there average customer looks like. I'm a disabled, veteran, ex skater and Rapper. And my wife is an edgy starving artist has lupus and has a butterfly rash on her face that made her look like a sunburnt raccoon. Yet the staff was always friendly helpful and respectful. They never made us feel like we didn't belong there which sadly many up scale hotels find a way to do. Dispite our looks we prioritize traveling and expirances over possessions And have stayed in some amazing hotels over the years. I highly recommend The Executive for any type of trip that lands you in downtown Seattle.

Great Downtown Location

My friend and I stayed in a double room for 3 nights at the Executive Pacific Hotel, and it was convenient and comfortable. The room and bathroom were small, but we had two double beds and everything we needed, and it was very clean. We had a fridge and a Keurig in the room, and a large flat screen TV. The service was great, and all of the staff were very friendly. The only confusing part is the automated messages from the hotel asking you to download an app and check in via the app, and then it wants to give you a QR code instead of a room key. None of this is necessary - you can just go to the lobby like a normal hotel and they will check you in and give you a regular card key. Also - I paid a room rate that included parking, but I had to ask for it so that I wasn't charged the $45/day for valet parking. If you can navigate the odd combination of technology and human interaction checking in, you will find you are in a very convenient location and can walk to all the main attractions in downtown Seattle. We walked to the space needle, Pike Place Market, and everywhere in between. There are many, many great restaurants and shops to try and the waterfront is just a couple blocks away. I'd definitely stay here again.

Terrible Experience – Suspected Theft by Hotel Sta

Terrible Experience – Suspected Theft by Hotel Staff! I stayed at Executive Hotel Pacific on March 7th, 2025, checking out early at 7:00 AM on March 8th. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my phone in the hotel. At 9:30 AM, I used Apple’s tracking system, and it still showed my phone inside the hotel. Concerned, I called the front desk at 10:32 AM to report the issue and ask them to secure my phone. However, the front desk staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and impatient, showing no willingness to help. Their hostile attitude made the conversation tense and frustrating. By 11:00 AM, when I returned to the hotel to retrieve my phone, it had already disappeared—and the tracking system showed it had moved to another address! Given the circumstances and the unhelpful attitude of the front desk staff, I strongly suspect someone from the hotel staff may have stolen it. This is a serious security issue, and the hotel completely failed to ensure guest safety and trust. Instead of helping me, the staff treated me poorly and ignored my request to secure my lost phone. This level of service is unacceptable and alarming. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. If you do, be extra cautious with your belongings—you may not get them back! Hotels should protect their guests, not cause them distress and loss！

The property was located in a convenient spot. The bathroom did not have a wall plug and water dripped from the shower out.
