Staff is kind. Parking is ridiculous at 45/night for self park or 55/ valet. Bedroom is decent, no vanity space at all for toiletries, the room was clean. Building is outdated with only one elevator for all guest. Location is good but noisy through window. Attached is a cafe which is great and a bar which was also nice for drinks. Definitely not a getaway spot for couples but will do the job if you have plans in the city.

Our stay was just okay. When we got there one of the elevators was broken so we had to wait a long time for the other elevator and eventually just took the stairs. Our TV was broken in our room and the staff (when we could find them) didnt have any urgency behind fixing it. They didn't answer the phones when we would call and they promised us a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience but never gave it to us and were never at the desk when we went looking for them. I wouldn't stay here again, but it worked for a place to sleep for 2 nights.

Second time to stay here before going to the Seahawks game. It was clean, bed was comfortable, and it is close to everything we wanted to see…and the best price in the area.

Bathtub tap broke off after trying to have a shower but the maintenance lady fixed it within half an hour. Fire alarm went off at 11:30 at night but it was a false alarm, Luckily we were still awake. Not a bad spot though if you are visiting the downtown area.
