Room size was sufficient Did hear people in room next to us moving about. Bathroom too small. My knees hit wall when on toilet. Not much space. Not enough shelves for toiletries 1-2 hooks in bathroom would be helpful to hang tower, robe. Especially rid to hand towel We arrived too early to check in room Hotel person accommodated us with storage for luggage. Complaint. Only one person on desk in lobby, and not always at desk. Had to wait 10 mins for person to return. I think he was also the valet ! Difficult to get thru to hotel on phone. Once at hotel, I saw why

Check in on phone was super convenient and quick. Room keys on phone was awesome Restaurant was great but not a lot of options. Bartender in Restaurant was phenomenal! Don't remember her name but her lemon drop martini is fire! Wine bar had hours listed that were far from correct. Overall great stay

The location was great, close to everything, and the transportation was also convenient. There were some cracks and stains in the bathroom. The internet was horrible. I had to use my personal hotspot. I let the front desk know, they told me they would get IT to fix it, but they never got back to me.

The room was a little small. I had to face the wall when getting out bed. The toliet was against the wall and the toilet paoer holder was awkward. Should have been free standing. No counter space. Maybe a shower stall instead of a full tub would work better in that space.

Although this is an older hotel, and things look worn, we enjoyed the accessibility to the downtown area this hotel provided. Front staff were kind and helpful. Once we got used to the very small bathroom, and sleeping area we were happy with things.
