There was only one functioning elevator for the whole entire building (i.e., for all staff and all guests). I didn’t receive maid service. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. I DID appreciate how large my room was. That was a plus.

I was fortunate to find this very nice downtown Seattle hotel at a very good rate. They have an online pre-registration form you need to fill out and you even check in online. I arrived much earlier than anticipated and used the convenient kiosk to try and check in about four hours earlier than normal hoping for early check in. I was advised they did not have a room available yet and I would be emailed when a room was available. I really didn't feel like walking around for four hours and asked if I could wait in their coffee shop. Turns out they have a very nice waiting area upstairs with comfortable couches and a TV. They were kind enough to let me store my luggage and I waited upstairs. By 1:00 pm I was in my room and they did not charge me the normal $25 early check in fee. The room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed, a small frig, coffee maker and a safe. I took advantage of the hot sandwiches available at the coffee shop and it was delicious. Their was a bar and breakfast is available for a fee. I didn't have a vehicle but their was a fee to park. Check out through the kiosk was easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We always stay here for football games (we are season tix holders) but this time may change this. The room was terribly hot and the AC did not work, not even cold air coming out of the fan. Also, the TV was set to Spanish and we tried everything to fix it, and called the front desk at about 6pm and was told she was all by herself and could not help us. So we missed the night games because of having NO TV in our room. That's completely unacceptable.

The room was dated and didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. The road noise was so bad, you can’t get a good nights sleep. There was always a strong smell, like coffee or fried food. The receptionist didn’t want to help with check in - they just direct you to a kiosk and then disappear. I had issues with my card not matching my reservation name and she was no where to be found. I messaged the hotel twice and the only responses I got were for things completely different to what I had sent. The placement of the lifts are not helpful for guests with luggage, you either have to go upstairs or downstairs to get into a lift. I’m sorry but I really didn’t like this hotel.

The rooms are clean and basic, self check in was seamless, and information from the hotel prior to arrival was ample. There was no climate control in the small room, nor ventilation in the bathroom, so the room was hot and humid during the entirity of our stay.
