Bathroom was not very clean had hair all over the floor. The bath tub had black hair all over the curtain. You can hear the people above you flush toilets and walking around. Behind the bed looks like it has not been vacuumed in a while. It was ok we have stayed at very nice hotels so if you are looking for one that has a nice view this would be your best bet. But cleanliness was not there.

From the minute, we walked into this hotel we were greeted with Smiles and happiness. The check-in was effortless. We added a night, but it wasn’t the room that we had paid for so they said to call the following morning to see if the room was available for us. I was fully prepared to be ready to go to our Valentines dinner at checkout time and leave our suitcases at the front desk. I called in the morning and was told to come down now that they had a perfect room for us waiting. We went from the 15h floor which was stunning in itself, to the 32nd floor with the view of the space needle that we had purchased originally for the other three nights. The rooms are clean, smell good and I can’t say enough great things about the staff!! Especially T! I will be returning here next time I’m back!

Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Room was very clean and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Location is central to all sites and walking distance to light rail and buses for easy travel around town. Would stay here again!
