Stopped there overnight; beautiful location with decent food amenities. Our room smelled very strong of a cleaner with a lot of fragrance in it which I didn’t love. We were on the first floor but the upstairs guests were running around til about 3am so our sleep was terrible. Otherwise it was a decent place to stay.

Room relatively clean. One light bulb out in bathroom. Initially provided with towels for 2 guests and clerk refused to provide additional set for third guest. Was rude and stated that I had only paid for 2 guests. Even after checking signed registration form, he was not very customer oriented and had a condescending attitude. He was the late afternoon clerk. Prior clerk was very nice. He told me that I was rude. Later gave my son the 3rd set of towels.

Our room clean, spacious was newly renovated. Our beds gave us a good sleep. Free coffee and tea was available 24/7. The inn was conveniently located near Tims, a nice diner, a nice Japanese and Korean resto and 2 gas stations.

Our room was clean and comfortable; check-in was easy and quick. The fellow at the front counter was very friendly. The lighting around the property was very poor. And it was really dark out. Great price easy to locate everything else about the property was good. Would love to see better lighting though outside.

Old motel with some updates, such as new sidewalk. Bathroom was terrible with a patch on ceiling made of paper and tape! Room was fairly large and bed was comfortable. If you just need a place to lay your head, it works.

Worst motel experience ever

This is the worst motel/hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The mattress felt like rocks and neither me or my husband could sleep due to this. There were insects in the room. The towels were threadbare and the air conditioner was so loud. When I raised our experience with the horrible mattress to the manager he was extraordinarily rude. Please do not stay here.

Room 215 - bed clean and comfortable. Room decor appalling - long overdue to be painted.Shower in morning virtually impossible. No water pressure and tepid water. Suspect hot water supply challenged if more people showering at same time(8am for us) as when we returned from our breakfast down the road, sink tap water warmer. Absolutely unacceptable way to start our day. Had booked and paid for 2 nights but left after one. Suggested they might want to give us some credit refund but nothing so far. Also no hair dryer in room - maybe at front desk. Do not recommend!

Very very dated. Plug in bathroom rusted up and not working. Shower head 50% plugged. Bath towel the size of a hand towel. Door lock hard to work and not acceptable. AC from the 60’s.

I had a great stay at the Swiss Village Inn. It was affordable and easy to locate. The room was cute and cozy, you can tell they are doing upgades in all the unites which made my experience even better. The staff was friendly and kind, they helped out when the power went out and when things weren't working. I only had two outlets that worked in the whole unite but i am sure that will change once they complete all the upgrades/renovations. Worth the stay!

Clean, comfortable rooms for an overnight stop. We asked for 2 extra towels as the 2 provided were small and thin. We showered upon arrival after a long drive, and knew we would need 2 dry towels to shower before our early departure. We were given 2 begrudgingly, and told they would be counting them upon checkout! Then the tv volume was so low we could not hear it. Remote would not turn it up. Asked about it at the front desk, and we were again, begrudgingly given the volume control! This would otherwise be a great one night stop for those travelling, but the treatment left us feeling otherwise.
