Helpful staff. Some of the fixtures in the room would use updating, like our bathroom doorknob and shower drain, but we enjoyed our stay overall.

staff were great, location is excellent beds were too hard for us appreciated the happy hour option only complaint was my daughter ordered a shaken espresso and the barista put so much milk in it, she couldn’t even taste any coffee flavor and the regular iced coffee was bad.

The host was accommodating and quick to reply. The location was perfect. The house was a bit cluttered (cabinets were all full) and the property was not as clean as it should have been.

Everything was great.....especially staff. Bed was excellent......but the room was looking a little worn and in need of some upgrades. A great minibar though made up for any shortcomings.

Place was clean, great location and lots to walk to. 15 min uber to Wrigley. Great communication throughout stay. Would recommend.
