Book Godfrey hotels

Check in was smooth, the staff was not entirely friendly. Once I got to my room I saw we were out in an ADA room. I asked for a king with pull out, so I am not sure why we were put here. I called down to the desk because I searched for sheets for the pull out and there were none in the room. When I called I was told I had to come get them from the front desk. I had to drag my two small kids back down to the lobby with me and then still didn’t receive any pillows. I was told they would bring the pillows to my room. After waiting for over an hour, I went to the lobby to get a DoorDash pick up and asked about the pillows, and was told “we forgot what room you were in”. There was a big black stain on one of the towels, the shower was not clean, there was black marks all over the tiles, a stain on the curtain. For the amount I paid for the night, I am not impressed. This was supposed to be a high quality place and just isn’t. I won’t be staying here, nor recommend anyone stay with Hotel Indigo.

Clean, friendly, nice breakfast and close to freeway and airport.

My stay was amazing, only a few things that could have been better. The front door was constantly locked so we were able to go in through the lobby, and at random times staff would not be at the front desk, and the water was always lukewarm to cold so I couldn’t get a warm shower. Other than those things the hotel was comfortable and was around the places I wanted to go. Definitely would stay again

The internet worked properly. The staff were friendly and helpful.
