Gangnam-gu ski resorts

Amazing service and hospitality—staff was very kind, attentive, helpful, patient and friendly. Rooms were very clean:)

We got in just after midnight but the reception welcomed us with a free upgrade that we didn't ask for. We left at eight the next morning so we didn't have much time to enjoy the room but it was practical with all necessities like fridge, desk, cell phone charger and a coffee maker. We had a city view as well. We did not try their breakfast buffet as it felt pricey for us. Would stay again.

I traveled with my family, including kids and teens. It's very walkable to the shopping center.

Loved most of it. Didn't like that we had to pay for the outdoor pool and the prices for all the food services was truly insane. But other than that, it was nice and the employees were my favorite

Comfortably located in the Gangnam area. Bed seems a little too soft for my preference.

It’s a good 5 star hotel, the only thing can be better is to have a much thicker bathtub and towels
