The photos only include pics of one room, the more spacious one. The other second room is tiny and has no windows or closets. Also, the description said 2 bathrooms but there was only one. Since I was there only 2 nights I didn’t make a formal complaint but it was definitely false marketing.

We would give six stars if we could! This hotel is such a gem and we are so glad we booked it. My wife and I stayed for the first leg of our Korea trip and it was amazing. It is so conveniently close to two stops on Line 2 of the Seoul subway so we had no problem getting to anywhere we wanted. The surrounding area is soo charming with tons of little shops and the world-famous Gwangjang market is just a short walk away! The location is fantastic and we felt super comfortable and safe the entire time. The room was so modern and impeccably clean and housekeeping did an excellent job every time. We made good use of the washer/dryer and the styler - very nice to have and they worked great. The room has such smart storage (walk-in closet, entry closet for luggage and shoes, a whole wall of storage as well. Staff was so nice and helpful with everything as well, we didn't have a single issue. We are already talking about booking if we do Seoul again next year!

Wonderfully attentive staff. Rooms decked out with lots of niche amenities I've never seen in a hotel before such as a wine cellar, dry clean/suit steamer, and shoe cleaner vacuum hose. Very convenient amenities like 24 hr convenience store on site and beautiful quality beauty products. Roof top garden had a wonderful view of Seoul tower. Close to multiple subway stations.

Great location and value

We are genuinely curious what type of mattress does the hotel use. It’s the most comfy one we have ever had in any hotels. Perfect location as well. Highly recommended the premium suite we booked. Great for family/friends vacation (group of 3 to 4)

A great place to stay on a visit to Seoul. Clean facilities that are maintained to a high standard. Conveniently a short walk away from the metro, the bus or walking. Qe stayed for 10 nights and were able to use this as a base to travel around South Korea.

The hotel itself is on the newer side which means it's clean and nothing feels outdated. The weird part is this hotel seems to be built more as an apartment verses a hotel. There's a full kitchen but no cooking supplies and only a couple plates. Also has a large closet and plenty of drawer space for a hotel room but only a few hangers. The hotel is very nice but the surrounding area leaves much to be desired. Its a little farther out from the touristy areas but close to a small subway stop with nearby bus stops. We enjoyed breakfast every morning which was a plus since would be difficult to find food nearby if we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Overall a good hotel which be great once they rebuild some of the surrounding area which looks like suffered from a major fire.

The hotel & location was great for our short stay. The room was very clean and the hotel staff were really helpful especially when we needed the sheets changed in the middle of the night. They were also helpful with calling us a taxi for the airport.
