Jamsil-dong accommodation with spa

We stayed at Hotel the Botanik twice totally 10 days with our 2 kids. We would definitely stay here again. Pros: very clean, enough space in the room with kitchenette, centrally located, nice view from roof. Cons: main bedroom has a glass wall and second bedroom has no door meaning it's hard not to disturb others who are sleeping. Games room was very expensive and not included. Staff will tell you there is nowhere to get coffee in the morning except Emart but you can get coffee at Paris Baguette in the Subway very nearby at 7am.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel, and it was perfect for our vacation in Seoul. It was next to lots of restaurants and near the metro. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were many eateries and shopping. Tons of coffee shops. We took Uber everywhere as it was very cheap. Wi-Fi was fast. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

​Hotels.com only sent me an itinerary number instead of a proper reservation number, which led to the front desk staff claiming they couldn't find my booking details upon check-in. To make matters worse, despite arriving shortly after the 3 PM weekday check-in time, I was told the hotel parking lot was completely full. They directed us to a department store parking lot instead. Because of this, my elderly mother, who relies on a walking cane, had to walk for over 15 minutes just to reach the lobby. It was incredibly frustrating and deeply unpleasant, especially since there was absolutely no prior notice regarding the parking situation.

Hotel Gracery Seoul was a good place to stay. Breakfast was not free though the buffet was very well worth the price we paid! We recommend this place to stay!
