The room is spacey & spotless, the staff were quite helpful to our inquiries about tours and booked a taxi to take us to the airport at 3 am. The location is walking distance to most of the attractions. Within 15-20 minutes you can be in one of the palaces in Sejong-daero Jung district. To reach City hall station 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Using the underground from City hall you can be at Myeongdong Exit 15 to access skin care stores 👌😊,eat in one of the affordable restaurants & the beef ribs soup is for the weary travellers 😅, across the road you can go to Lotte store for the high end items. Love the cleanliness of the room, convenience and location it offers. Highly recommended ! 👌

Large rooms, friendly service!

Location was close to a subway. Very large rooms and liked that it had hardwood floors. Front desk staff were all very friendly and smiled at us every time we came in and out. They also had a nice pool that nobody used when we were there so we got it to ourselves. The only negative was the elevators were really slow and with that many floors it would be better to have at least 3.

Our family very much enjoyed this place with its convenience to transport, shopping and places to eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we only went there twice as there were lots of other places nearby that we wanted to try. The staff were helpful and especially the ladies cleaning the rooms. We stayed in the one bedroom and it was the best as it gave us plenty of space for the 3 of us. I highly recommend this place.

The stay was pleasant, with clean and friendly staff. Parking was available with a small fee. However, some family members with down duck pillow allergies requested cotton pillows, but none were available. It would be beneficial to have cotton pillows for customers with allergies.
