We had a very enjoyable stay at the Ena. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It’s also very handy having a self service laundry on site.

Great hotel for the price that I made 15 minutes before I checked on, based on Hotels.com reviews. It was an excellent value for the price and the hotel staff were very helpful. My only complaint is that the room was a little gloomy with no windows at eye level. Otherwise a great 1-night stay.

ENA has been a favorite ever since I started traveling to Seoul. The staff is always friendly and the most helpful in whatever questions I had. The rooms are always so clean and tidied up with the most care. There's plenty of food options around the hotel, there's a several convenience stores nearby, and it's right by the Line 2 subway. So easy to access and a short walk to Namdaemun market. I most likely will always choose ENA whenever I come to Seoul.

We arrived around 9pm, the staff was very welcoming & made check in seamless. We were able to get into our room in less than 15 mins. Every time we passed the lobby we were always greeted and they were always available to assist with any questions we had. Check-out was just as easy well & we were able to store our luggage as we went around before our flight.
