The walls in the room could use a refresh, and you can hear the people a floor above very clearly in the bathroom. The area is in a business area and is a good 20min away to Myeongdong.

The perfect place to stay for convenience to markets, palaces, and dining. Wonderful friendly, and helpful staff. The room was kept very clean, and serviced daily. Soundproof rooms. Great value for money considering the location and quality standard of the hotel. I highly recommend ENA Suite Hotel for your stay.

Spacious room and nice beds

The hotel was very nice and the staff was amazing. The room was much bigger than we expected and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the shower was “American” style with a door separating it from the rest of the bathroom. The room had slippers and robes for use as well. There was a nice size couch in ours to help us spread out a little more.

Good location.

Location is good. I would say that this is one of the better hotels at this price level around the area. It is well maintained but room is a bit dark for one to be able to work properly. As it is winter, only heating is available. If you turn off heating, room gets stuffy. You can open the windows but then you are expose to noise and smells from the restaurant below. There are also construction ongoing and they start very early, about 4 am. Would seems construction have been going on for quite some time. Breakfast is option but I did not take it as there are many cafe around the area. Waking distance to metro. Staff are very friendly. Definitely an improvement from the last visit last year.

Big spacious room with close proximity to attractions but it is difficult to lug the luggage up and down the slopes . In addition , there was a protest on 22/3 in the area which resulted in a diversion to airport limousine services and as such , was not available at all near the hotel . The concierge should have updated the info when asked .

Not the best experience for our first time in Seoul. Cons: 1. They had the central AC on the whole time at 80 degrees and you could not change the thermostat in your room. They instructed us to open our windows for cooler air. Sadly the outside air did not reach the whole room so it was difficult to sleep. 2. Construction was so loud all 5 nights/6 days that we were there. They started about 7-8am and it was so loud. These two were the main downers of out whole trip since it made our stay uncomfortable. Other than that, it is located in an area away from the big streets (Taxi's had a hard time finding the hotel so you might have to get dropped off down the street). We would walk to Myeongdong and Nandaemun Market everyday so it was a nice stroll. You are near alot of corporate businesses so you will see many people dressed in suits. I booked this hotel because it was highly rated (especially amongst foreigners). I had high expectations that were sadly not met. The lobby and staff were great so there are no complaints there. If you were looking for a very simple and straight to the point hotel, then this would be fine.

I’ve been to Korea three times now and I always stay with ENA. The location is perfect for getting around the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke English and we were able to communicate with no difficulty. Housekeeping is super efficient and clean. I would definitely stay with them again.

Convenient bus and dining facilities are complemented by exceptionally helpful staff who readily provide directions and dining recommendations. Nice hotel, beautiful and clean rooms, maybe just need microwave in the room esp during the cold season so we can heat our coffee or food.

The room and washroom had lots of room. There were lots of different food choices near the hotel. The subway was close by as well making it very convenient. The only trouble i had was the vent was a bit noisy. Had a staff take a look and replaced a filter but it was still noisy. The staff said it was within the allowable noise level. I didny pursue further as i was only there a couple nights.
