Large room. The staff were helpful but I especially appreciate the staff in the restaurant during breakfast. The two young gentlemen were very attentive, respectful and nice. We were there for a week and everyday they already know what we get for breakfast and are so courteous to us. The location was good. Most of the major tourist spots can be reached by foot or a short taxi trip. Beside the hotel were different restaurants, dessert place, quick bite spots and juice and coffee stores (just a hole on the wall for coffee, but good coffee). One restaurant stays open till late at night. There is a CU convenience store around the corner but it does close at 8pm. The cons: I’m glad it was winter when we came here. The room was always balming warm. The AC was not working. When it gets too hot in the room, we couldn’t adjust the heater so we just open the windows. The bathroom has a funky, sewer-ish smell. The hotel itself can use a little updating and it would have been helpful if they provided basic kitchen utensils like a couple of spoons/forks/plates. The breakfast, although good and sufficient, had very limited options - hopefully they could add more variety and even a traditional korean meal Otherwise, good for family. Washer and ice machine in building. Will probably stay here but only during winter

A truly enjoyable stay at ENA Suite Seoul. We’ve been going back to this same hotel a few times every year . The room is spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day out. Housekeeping is impeccable — the team always does a wonderful job keeping everything neat and fresh throughout our stay. The location is also very strategic, with easy access to key areas around the city. A great choice for a comfortable and fuss-free stay in Seoul! Grateful to Daniel for rendering help on our last day of stay and offering to help us with reservations at reputable restaurants! I only wish the hotel will make an effort to remember its regular guests :)) will be back soon!

The room was quite spacious but a bit outdated. The lamp in my room was somewhat broken and the bathtub got some kind of dark marks on it. The staff is super nice and friendly, they were all trying to help whenver I had questions about something. Perfect location, only a short walk to Namdaemun market. It was a pleasant stay overall.

It was a nice hotel. Close to subway station and bus.close to Myeongdong but far enough to be quiet as welll. Very helpful staff. Only thing I noticed they need more washing machine and dryer only 2 for the size of the hotel was a bit ridiculous as we had to wait a fair amount of time to do laundry

Nice sized room, nice staff, good pool. The location worked out well for us, close to Nandaemum Market and the City Hall subway stop (exit 9 is your friend, by the way), and quite a few restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores in the area.
