The room is spacey & spotless, the staff were quite helpful to our inquiries about tours and booked a taxi to take us to the airport at 3 am. The location is walking distance to most of the attractions. Within 15-20 minutes you can be in one of the palaces in Sejong-daero Jung district. To reach City hall station 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Using the underground from City hall you can be at Myeongdong Exit 15 to access skin care stores 👌😊,eat in one of the affordable restaurants & the beef ribs soup is for the weary travellers 😅, across the road you can go to Lotte store for the high end items. Love the cleanliness of the room, convenience and location it offers. Highly recommended ! 👌

This hotel is OK with a couple of annoyances, we were told there was no microwave oven available for us to use, the hall light comes on brightly automatically everytime someone uses the bathroom therefore waking the other people up. The location of the hotel was rather convenient with easy access to bus or subway lines though.

Good location - 2 mins from metro line 1 exit 9; Overall quite good but two points take it down - both are design issues nothing to do with staff. 1. I visited early Nov, it was hot (20 degrees ish) and the front desk told me the air con is for hot air only. So when I arrived the room it was 27 degrees - would be good for saunas - I switched off the air con opened the windows all night it was still 24-25 degrees. 2. You have to experience it to believe it. - the bathtub sits above the surroundings and there is a natural water channel to lead water to the edge of the bath. I thought I used it wrong, water was going everywhere- then I noticed there is a water sink built right next to the bathtub. Still hard to explain, but I was very carefully not to splash any water when showering … Again, staff are good but those two things made the stay not that comfortable…

Good.......but I wouldn't stay here again. * The staff were amazing and very accommodating * Location was on point * The room was big But the following needs to be worked on: * The air con was awful and sooo loud, no matter whether you switched off/on or no mode but it was so frustrating and kept us awake most nights and we got no sleep. * not enough plugs * no where to put stuff or hang our clothes, we had to live out of our suitcase for the 10 days
