Hotel is stunning. Situated in the centre of Seoul. Everything is 5* . Loved it !

The room was clean and neat at all times, hotel staff are polite and able to converse in English therefore no issue.

Poor staff service of front desk staff. Utilizes immigrant workers whose service is rude. Hotel guests need to be self sufficient to have beat stay experience. Clean room, no hassle housekeeping, user friendly self servelaundry services. Close to restaurants and activities.

Clean & changing the towel everyday

The room was spotless and had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made everything much easier. The hotel is in a great location—just a 6-minute walk to the train station and the Myeongdong area. The nights were quiet, and I slept very well. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the room even had a large refrigerator, which was really convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay!
