The hotel room doesn’t even have spoon for guests and when requested, they said they don’t have and only lend you some plastic spoon. What nonsense! This is not some cheap budget hostel! Staff was not friendly nor helpful at all. There are better options. Please avoid.

Excellent staff and friendly service.

Great first stay at Hotel Cappucino. Room was smaller than other western rooms, but was expected as per the pictures. Even though the room was small it was very functional and clean. Bed was comfy and enough pillows for a great nights sleep. Best thing about the hotel was the staff ! They were extremely helpful, to non-korean speaking guests and assisted us greatly when we were trying to organise SRT/KTX train tickets online. This was our first hotel of our trip to South Korea and was a great start.

This is a good location if you’re looking for a place near clinics and other shopping centers! There are also a number of busses in the area that will take people to the airport so if you’re traveling internationally it’s a good option.

Pros: good location, walkable from the subway station, very quiet, clean bedding set, reward drink before check out Cons: almost no amenities at all (no charging cable outlet and no way to borrow a charger, have to buy it) very small room, almost no view from 6th floor(another building was very next my window) I stayed here a few year ago back then, I got a much better view of the city. Maybe this time, the reservation was under my name and the crew gave me less good one. Sad… Overall, for the price it was okay but wouldn’t stay here again maybe pay a little more and do other business hotels nearby.
