Spotless room, helpful staff, wonderful stay.

Clean, fast and efficient 😌 had a long lay over in Seoul and this was perfect. Close to great spots in Gangnam and a short 15 min uber ride away from Hanok Village.

I loved this hotel, especially the view. The room was small but cleverly designed, with the ability to open a window for fresh air. The bed was comfortable although I did have to swap out a pillow for a softer option. The laundry was a bonus. In the lobby there are food, drink, water and coffee machines and a computer and printer. The staff were lovely and very helpful. At the top of a hill so be prepared for a walk.

Room was spotless and staff have been absolutely amazing thus far.

Stayed for a week in a serviced apartment, which was beautiful, clean and spacious. Many of the staff spoke excellent English, which was very helpful. Food was all lovely, room service food was hot, delicious and well presented, and breakfast was honestly the nicest I’ve had in any hotel. The concierge, Chris was extremely helpful before we arrived, arranging transport and so on, and lovely whilst we were there. Hotel is extremely well located. Arranged a late check out for us without issue. Cannot fault it in any way and will definitely stay again when we return to South Korea.
