Friendship Heights accommodation with spa

Very clean room. Courteous staff. Nice location.

This was an amazing experience. 10/10 everyone was lovely.

The night time receptionist was very rude. The room was dirty and the shower had residue and stains. The king bed had hairs and a lot of dirt on the sheets. The couch pullout bed had crumbs and hairs, as well as dirt on the sheets.

I didn’t know what to expect since I haven’t stayed at an hotel in a long time because I’ve been using resorts. I was impressed. Faciliy very clean, exception one (1) leaf. Only disappointed was 1 chair per room according to the front desk. The ad said that breakfast was included but to my dismay I was asked for a voucher, dark skinned lady said it didn’t come with room so will need to pay $21/person

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Gym was clean and several options. Recommend updating the websites i.e. onsite, Orbitz, etc. with hours the shuttle runs. I chose this hotel based on "free shuttle to DCA airport" where hours of operation were not listed. Due to the early morning flight, I had to pay $34.00 for an Uber.
