Upon arrival, I noticed several issues that impacted my overall experience: - The carpet was stained and appeared unclean. - The bathtub had hair left behind, which was unsettling. - Towels provided were both stained and carried an unpleasant odor.

The room was very small, with not enough outlets for getting ready in the morning. Had to make coffee on the desk. Children screaming and running up and down the halls until late st night. You can hear all the traffic outside clearly. The curtains would not block out the bright parking lot lights. We will not stay here again.

If its not working or has strict hours LIST IT

Just sucks that when you book a room you have to call and check that all of the amenities listed are functional or that the hours of the amenities listed are available to you. Broken spa, great bar picture, only open from 5pm-9pm. So, I booked this spot for nothing in essence.
