⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Experience, No Accountability
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Upon check-in, we were informed that the elevator was broken and would not be repaired until mid-January. All available rooms were on the second or third floor, which was never disclosed ahead of time.
The rooms were in horrible condition. The manager showed us three different rooms, all of which were unacceptable. Two of them smelled bad and had very dirty carpets. We were forced to choose the “best” option simply because it looked slightly less awful than the others.
That same night, we found roaches in our room. This was our first stay at this hotel, and we immediately requested a refund. Both the hotel and Expedia refused. Instead, they moved us to another room, but the odor was so bad that our daughter began having breathing problems.
We again requested a refund so we could leave and find a safer place to stay, and once again both the hotel and Expedia denied our request. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and complete refusal to take responsibility made this a horrible experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
