Yuk. People getting dropped off with clear plastic trash bags, while blocking the cars actually parked correctly from leaving. Of course they didn’t give a damn. The room had an eyelash extension glued to the lampshade. The bathroom has pink scum mold in it. We left. Didn’t even stay. Place is a DUMP. In the morning the offer coffe in the lobby. Except, the lobby was closed. Have a number to call. No one answered. I waited until 9 to go get my copy of the bill still not a soul in site. At 9:15 the houses ping lady knocks on my door to see if and when I’m leaving. Like, what!!?

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at the Red Roof Inn. On the day of checkout, housekeeping entered our room *before* 11 a.m.—well before we had actually checked out. This was a clear violation of our privacy and left us feeling rushed and unwelcome. Checkout time exists for a reason. We still had personal items in the room when housekeeping began cleaning In addition the toilet did not flush

It worked for what we needed. Beds and shower for one night during lacrosse tournament. Wouldn’t choice if more than 1 or two nights. Less expensive than other hotels in the area. At least it was relatively clean. Lamp shade was broken and sink faucet was loose.

Okay accomodations for 1 night

The exterior of the hotel, as far as stairways or a bit shabby but the overall room was very clean and well maintained. We were in a room at the back of the hotel and at about 3:00 and 5:00 in the morning there was an individual who was running back and forth on the second floor blurting out loudly strange phrases which had me concerned that someone was outside who had possibly done narcotics. I'm not sure about the area as it was her first time ever staying there. When it was time for us to check out everything seemed okay and we left safely but that had me a little nervous at 3:00 a.m. in the morning. Overall, the hotel front desk gentleman was extremely nice and the room itself was very clean and comfortable.

Door lock was broken and swipe key did not work- guy at front desk had to let me in with a key and said there was nothing he could do and didn’t have another room for me- when I got back from dinner I had to call his phone to get him to come open my door and let me in- I had to leave at 6am and after shutting the door I remembered I forgot something in room- I called phone number many times with no answer and no one answered office door when I rang bell for 10 minutes- pathetic what I had to deal with!!! Never again
