I wouldn’t

The staff was friendly but what the website won’t tell you is that it’s a low income housing also. Someone overdose while we were there, people yelling looking for drugs in the hallways and my curtains didn’t close all the way. My toilet kept clogging and my shower was crooked. Again, the staff were very nice but I won’t be back

It was okay for a one night stay. Definitely was not as nice as what is advertised on the website. Maybe it was just my room but it was very easy to hear things like surrounding rooms’ plumbing. It’s also not the hotels fault per se but there were a few shady characters staying there as well, so that wasn’t the most comforting. Overall, it’s obviously an extremely cheap hotel and you get what you pay for.

Some of the exits didn't work. The laundry machines didn't work. The furniture in the lounge was stained. The hallway smelled like smoke, weed and musty. The tiny little refrigerator was on the floor so you had to get on your knees to use it. 3:00 a.m. people were making a ruckus outside my door. The coffee area was completely inadequate. There appeared to be some shady characters, even with a dog, I did not feel safe or relaxed.

I'd avoid this place

We showed up and our room stunk - absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. We went to the front desk and asked for a new room. The guy said they were sold out - as I was about to have a fit he then said wait - we do have something. I don't know if he opened up because I was about to get ugly or because he messed up. Either way the new room didn't have the queen bed - but it didn't stink. Room was not that nice but we didn't get bed bugs or anything like that. I won't go again though.

I booked 2 rooms, the first room had roaches we killed it and showed management at front desk and he brushed us off like it was a common thing there My 2nd room tv did NOT work, phone in my room did NOT work. Hallway ceiling had leakage and had holes in the ceiling. This hotel needs to be closed for major renovations. We only stayed because it was close to Great Adventures. Thank God it was only for one night. As a Hilton member this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Even the children was asking if the hotel was going out of business. Never Again!! Absolutely Disgusting!
