Love it here! My second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Friendly, clean and just a great stay! I really hope they never lower their standards especially when it comes to housekeeping. The cleanliness is my favorite part!!!

Radisson - Do Better

The location is great. The hotel is dated and old. We stayed at this hotel about 6years ago and it was great. This time it was poor. The room was very dated and could do with some upgrading. The bathroom tiled floor grout had mould and so did the shower ceiling. The toilet seat was loose and the towels had stains on them. The room door would rattle and didnt seem secure. Overall the room had a stale smell when you walked in. For nearly $600 for two nights i was not impressed at all. The only good thing was the bar food. Even the morning ‘fresh’ coffee tasted like vinegar.

Won’t stay again

We had room 402 and the air conditioning did not work very well. It was 15° cooler in the hallway than the room. We repeatedly asked for someone to look at it and if they did, they didn’t fix it. It made for a very uncomfortable weekend. There was gum under the lip of the nightstand too. We stayed here last summer and had 3 rooms, 1 also had AC issues but not this bad. We will look for a different hotel next time.
