The check in process was terrible, only one staff member working at check in time. Hotel was old, and there was no hot water for showering when we arrived. Hotel bar staff were rude

Hated a room with the only window looking into a hallway so i had to close the curtains for. Pretty useless window and lighting in the room isn't sufficient for it. I enjoy A/C but the hallways were freezing cold and i had a long walk through it to my room. At 365 a night, ill stay elsewhere next time.

Everything was clean. Felt safe. The room had a weird smell. Maybe from the cleaners that were used. It was strong. Back parking lot was a bit in need of repair. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again
